Assigning Leads to Your Team

Assigning leads promptly keeps response times low and conversion rates high.
Manual assignment
Open a lead and choose an agent from the Assigned To field. The agent is notified immediately.
Automatic assignment
Owners and Admins can configure assignment rules (for example, round-robin by source) under Settings → Leads → Assignment Rules so new leads are distributed automatically.
