How to import leads

Overview

AdHub lets you add many leads at once by importing a CSV file from the Leads page. This guide walks you through downloading the sample file, uploading your CSV, mapping columns and reviewing the results.

Steps

Step 1 — Click Import Lead

On the Leads page, click Import Lead, next to + Add Lead.

Step 2 — Download the sample CSV

On the Import leads page, click Download sample CSV in the top-right corner so your file uses the expected headers.

Step 3 — Upload your file

Drop your CSV onto the dashed upload area, or click it to browse for the file.

Step 4 — Continue to column mapping

After the file is attached, click Continue to column mapping.

Step 5 — Map your CSV columns

Match each AdHub field under Lead fields to a column from your file. Optional fields can stay unmapped.

Step 6 — Start the import

When the mapping looks right, click Start import.

Step 7 — Review the results

AdHub shows Import completed successfully with Created, Updated, Skipped and Failed counts, plus a row-by-row result.

Tip: Check the Skipped and Failed rows. The result table shows why each row was not imported.

Step 8 — Return to the leads list

Click Back to leads.

What happens next

  • Imported leads appear on the Leads list with the status, source, owner and tags from your file.
  • Tag counts in the Lead filters panel update.
  • If rows failed, fix them in your CSV and import the file again.
