How to create a segment

Overview
Segments save a set of lead conditions as a reusable view on the Leads page. This guide shows you how to create a segment, open it and manage it from Lead Settings.

Steps
Step 1 — Click the + next to Segments
On the Leads page, click the + button next to Segments in the Lead filters panel.

Step 2 — Name the segment
In the Create segment dialog, type a name in the Segment name field, for example Hot Inbound.

Step 3 — Add the first condition
Under When lead matches, set the condition to Leads · Status · Equals To and select a value, for example Unattended.

Step 4 — Add a second condition
Add a second condition, for example Leads · Source · Equals To · WhatsApp.

Step 5 — Click Add condition
Click + Add condition to add more filtering criteria to the segment.

Step 6 — Select a tag
Set the new condition to General Filters · Tags · Equals To and select a tag, for example Hot.

Step 7 — Create the segment
Click Create to save the segment.

Tip: All of the following conditions means a lead must match every condition to appear in the segment.
Step 8 — Open the segment
The new segment appears under Segments in the Lead filters panel. Click it to open the view.

Step 9 — View the matching leads
The Hot Inbound segment view lists only the leads that match every condition.

Step 10 — Manage segments in Lead Settings
To edit or review all segments, go to Settings > Lead Settings and open the Segments tab.

What happens next
- The segment shows only the leads that match all its conditions.
- You can open the same view again with one click from Lead filters.
- If the segment is empty, check that each condition matches leads in your list.
