How to run bulk actions on leads

Overview

AdHub lets you update many leads at once from the Leads page. This guide shows you how to select leads, change their owner, apply tags, export them and delete them in bulk.

Steps

Step 1 — Select the leads you want

On the Leads page, tick the checkbox next to each lead you want to work on.

Step 2 — Select the whole page

To select every lead on the page, tick the select all checkbox in the table header.

Click Actions above the leads list. Every bulk action is in this menu.

Step 4 — Choose Change status / source / owner

Select Change status / source / owner. In the dialog, leave a field as No change to keep its current value.

Step 5 — Select the new owner

Open the Owner dropdown and select the team member who should own the selected leads.

Step 6 — Apply the change

Click Update to apply the change to the selected leads.

Step 7 — Check the updated leads

The Owner column now shows the new owner for every selected lead.

Step 8 — Choose Apply or remove tags

Open Actions again and select Apply or remove tags.

Step 9 — Pick a tag to add

In the Apply or remove tags dialog, open Add tags and select a tag, for example Hot.

Step 10 — Update the tags

Click Update tags to apply the tag changes.

Step 11 — Check the tags

The selected leads now show the new tag, and the tag count in Tags updates.

Step 12 — Export the selected leads

To download leads, open Actions and select Export selected, or Export all for the whole list.

Step 13 — Delete leads only if needed

To remove leads, open Actions and select Delete.

Note: Deleting leads cannot be undone. To hide leads without removing them, use Mark inactive instead.

What happens next

Changes apply to every selected lead at once.
The leads list and tag counts update right away.
If a lead did not change, check that its checkbox was ticked before you ran the action.
