Understanding Roles

AdHub workspaces use four system roles:
- Owner — full control, including billing and workspace deletion.
- Admin — manages settings, team members, and roles.
- Manager — manages leads and team assignments within their scope.
- Agent — works assigned leads day to day.
Changing a teammate's role
Owners and Admins can change a teammate's role from Settings → User Management. Role changes take effect immediately across the whole workspace.
