How to invite a team member

Overview
AdHub lets you invite team members to your workspace and assign each person a role. This guide walks you through sending an invite from Settings > User Management.

Before you begin
Note: You must be the workspace Owner or Admin to invite team members.
Steps
Step 1 — Open Settings
Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your AdHub dashboard.

Step 2 — Click Invite Team Member
In Settings > User Management, stay on the Users tab and click the + Invite Team Member button.

Step 3 — Enter the email address
In the Invite Users dialog, type the team member's email address in the Email Addresses field and press Enter after each one.

Tip: You can invite several people at once. Press Enter after each email address before sending.
Step 4 — Select a role
Choose a role for the invited user from the Role dropdown: Admin, Manager or Agent.

Step 5 — Send the invite
Click Send Invites to send the invitation email.

What happens next
- The invited person receives an email with a link to join your workspace.
- Until they accept, they appear under the Invited tab in User Management.
- Once they accept, they move to the Active tab with the role you assigned.
- If the email does not arrive, ask them to check their spam folder.
