How to add a status, source and tag in settings

Overview
AdHub lets you set up the lead statuses, sources and tags your team uses. This guide shows you how to add a new status, source and tag from Settings > Lead Settings.

Steps
Step 1 — Open Lead Settings
Open Settings, then click Lead Settings in the settings menu.

Step 2 — Find the Statuses, Sources and Tags tabs
At the top of Lead Settings, the Statuses, Sources and Tags tabs hold all three settings.

Step 3 — Review the existing statuses
The Statuses tab lists your pipeline stages. Unattended, Won and Lost are marked Protected.

Step 4 — Click Create status
Click the + Create status button in the top-right corner of Lead Statuses.

Step 5 — Enter the status name and color
In the Create status dialog, type a name in the Name field and pick a Color.

Step 6 — Save the status
Click Create to save the new status.

Step 7 — Check the new status
The new status appears in the Lead Statuses list, for example Qualified.

Step 8 — Open the Sources tab
Click the Sources tab to see where your leads come from.

Step 9 — Click Create source
Click the + Create source button in the top-right corner of Lead Sources.

Step 10 — Enter the source name and color
In the Create source dialog, type a name in the Name field and pick a Color.

Step 11 — Save the source
Click Create to add the new lead source.

Step 12 — Click Create tag
Open the Tags tab and click the + Create tag button.

Step 13 — Enter the tag name
In the Create tag dialog, type a name in the Name field.

Step 14 — Save the tag
Click Create to save the new lead tag.

What happens next
- New statuses, sources and tags appear in their lists in Lead Settings.
- You can pick them when you add or edit a lead.
- If a new item does not appear, refresh the page and check the correct tab.
